1. Complete the enrolment form. If you need help with your enrolment or visa application, you may choose to work with one of IELI’s agents. You can find an education agent in your country here.
  2. If you are applying for a student visa, you may be asked to complete a Genuine Temporary Entrant form before we offer you a place on your course.
  3. If you are applying for a student visa, you will also require Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC). IELI can arrange your cover with BUPA. If you prefer to arrange your own cover, you will need to send evidence of this to IELI.
  4. IELI will then send you an Offer Letter with the details of your course.
  5. In order to confirm your place in the course, you must read the Terms and Conditions on your Offer Letter very carefully and sign and return all pages of the Offer Letter to agree to these conditions.
  6. After you return the signed offer letter, you should make the payment for the amount shown on your offer letter.
  7. IELI will then send the Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) for your student visa application.
  8. You can find information about student visas at https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/getting-a-visa/visa-finder/study. This site also explains the rules for studying for short periods on other visa types.
